Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads, is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please review before making any purchases.

• This digital product is non-sharable. No portion of this product may be reproduced or distributed in any form without prior written permission from Laurane Bourgoint.
• Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after we have emailed you the PDF for download. All purchases made on www.lesdessousdeversailles.com
are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available on this website are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.
• Les dessous de Versailles reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.
• If you have not received the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact lesdessousdeversailles@gmail.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

The guided tour :
A. Conditions of cancellation
Guided tours scheduled through the site or privatized take place regardless of weather conditions. On the day of the visit, the client must adapt his or her clothing to the expected weather conditions. Strikes, demonstrations or traffic disruptions do not constitute exceptional circumstances justifying a cancellation.
SASU les dessous de Versailles reserves the right to cancel one of its tours in case of unforeseeable unavailability of the guide, force majeure, or in case of insufficient number of participants.
If the cancellation is at the initiative of the company SASU les dessous de Versailles, the latter will warn the participants concerned by e-mail or telephone (via the contact email provided by the customer when booking) and will offer them to reschedule on other slots. If a rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be made. The customer will be free to accept or not a modification, and in case of refusal, the customer will be reimbursed without this giving rise to an additional compensation. A change of date can be requested by the customer up to 7 calendar days before the day of the guided tour (reference: departure time of the tour).

Within this period and subject to availability, the reservation will be changed to another tour slot.

Beyond this deadline, SASU les dessous de Versailles cannot guarantee any proposal of other slots in case of request for change. The programmed guided tours booked and paid are not refundable. The customer must respect the appointment times indicated on the confirmation email or on the

The customer must respect the appointment time indicated on the confirmation e-mail or on the counterfoil and no refund will be made in case of late arrival or no-show at the starting point and time of the guided tour.
If the client is unable to participate in the experience due to lateness, this does not constitute a reason for postponement or refund of the service.

If the latecomer is accepted on the tour, the initial duration of the tour will be reduced by the same amount without any right to a partial or total refund.
​
No reimbursement will be made for any experience interrupted, shortened or not consumed by the client for any reason whatsoever.
​
Guided tours are done on foot. By making a reservation, the client declares that he/she and the other participants involved in the reservation are able to follow a group at a normal pace. For safety and responsibility reasons, the guide in charge of the guided tours may refuse to take on persons whose condition is not compatible with the attention required by the tour (alcoholic clients, clients who do not respect the safety rules, etc.), or ask them to leave the group during the guided tour. The client(s) concerned will have to comply without discussion and no refund or compensation can be requested in this regard.

B. Security
During the guided tour, the client must show respect for the guide and other participants. Before departure, the guide will give safety instructions to be followed throughout the guided tour.

During the entire guided tour, the client agrees to :
- Respect them scrupulously during the whole guided tour. During the guided tour
- listen to the instructions given by the guide, whether they are verbal or not (hand signals, etc.)
- Respect the French traffic rules, especially the respect of traffic lights, crosswalks, etc... It is forbidden to move away from the group during the guided tour, except in case of necessity related to the safety of all or part of the group or of others, or at the express request of the guide.
The client will be entirely responsible if he/she finds himself/herself in a situation where he/she is in violation of French law and road safety.

By booking a guided tour, the client
- accepts that any accident that may occur while participating in the tour that may result in injury or disability (including but not limited to physical, emotional, or mental harm) is in no way the responsibility of SASU les dessous de Versailles
- accepts full responsibility for any accident he may cause to others during a guided tour.
The customer declares that he is the holder of an insurance policy of civil liability. SASU les dessous de Versailles has taken out a professional liability insurance policy with the company MAIF.

C. Material
The customer is fully responsible for his personal belongings during the guided tour. SASU les dessous de Versailles cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the client's personal belongings.
The parents or legal guardians of any minor participating in the guided tour, will be held responsible for any damage caused directly or indirectly by the latter.

D. Personal data
The personal information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and for our commercial relations. They can be transmitted to the companies which contribute to these relations such as those in charge of the execution of the services and orders for their management, execution, treatment and payment. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer you and the information we send you.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning you. All you have to do is write to us online at

In accordance with the regulations in force, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the reply should be sent. A reply will then be sent to you within 2 months of receipt of the request.
Our site is also designed to be particularly attentive to the needs of our customers. This is one of the reasons why we use cookies. The purpose of the cookie is to indicate your visit to our site. You can register free of charge on this list, which is mandatory for all professionals except those with whom you have already concluded a contract.

E. Copyrights
SASU les dessous de Versailles is the owner of all copyrights on the content of its website and its brands, logos, domain names and all related distinctive signs are considered as intellectual works on which SASU les dessous de Versailles holds all intellectual and commercial property rights.
In accordance with the provisions of the Code of intellectual property and international treaties and agreements, any reproduction, disclosure, distribution, representation, translation, broadcasting, modification, transcription, partial or total, whatever the medium and whatever the process used for a use other than private is prohibited without the prior express permission of SASU les dessous de Versailles.
Any contravention of the provisions of this article is constitutive of the offence of counterfeiting and engages as such the civil and penal liability of its author. The law n° 98-536 of July 1, 1998 relating to the data bases does not grant any exception of private copy.

F. Confidentiality
The content and structure of the guided tours are protected. During the guided tours, it is strictly forbidden to film, reproduce, and record by any means whatsoever all or part of the content of the guided tours.
Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, of the content of the guided tours, of any of their elements (texts, anecdotes, places visited, etc.) or of the tour for any commercial or promotional purposes, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited. Failure to comply with these prohibitions may result in the termination of the guided tour for the customer offender without any refund is due by SASU les dessous de Versailles and may also engage its responsibility. The present are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their execution and their consequences will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris to which the Parties expressly grant jurisdiction, including in case of summary proceedings, appeal in guarantee or plurality of defendants. Any claim relating to a Service must
be submitted to SASU les dessous de Versailles within 72 working hours following the end of the experience only by registered mail.

G. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, for contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer customer who buys a good or a service, has a period of 14 days to change his mind about his purchase, without having to justify it or pay penalties (excluding any return costs). The Customer must send a statement, unambiguous, expressing his desire to withdraw. It is however expressly reminded that under the terms of Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the buyer may not exercise his right of withdrawal concerning the provision of services of accommodation, transport, catering, leisure (entertainment) that must be provided on a date or according to a specific period. These will not be reimbursed, as the said services are in any case designated as such to the buyers, before the conclusion of the sale, in the description of the offer.

H. Image rights
Any recording or photograph made by a representative of SASU les Dessous de Versailles during the participation to the guided tour could be used for promotional purposes. On written request, the customer can ask by email on the address lesdessousdeversailles@gmail.com to withdraw a publication in which he appears. The customer will not be able to claim any financial compensation.
